Pre-order is used on items with very high demand. If an item appears as "Pre-Order", it means that the product is not currently in stock and you need to place your order first if you'd like to secure your purchase before the item sells out again.
The benefit of purchasing a Pre-Order items is that we offer these item for a lower price than usual, and you will secure your purchase without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.
Demand can be very high on certain items & frequently they can sell out completely via Pre Order before they physically arrive in stock.
Pre-orders for the marble styles usually take 5-7 weeks wait (production time).

SWAGGER is not held liable for any delays that may occur if you wish to pre-order an item. You will proceed to the check out as usual & make full payment when purchasing any Pre-order.
Generally, we do not accept cancellation of Pre-orders and they are final sale as they are made specially for you. In the event of cancellation within 24 hours, a store credit may be issued. No refunds on order cancellations, so please take extra consideration when placing your order.
Please note that if you pre-order an item with other non-pre-order items this will delay your entire order. Please place your pre-order item separate to avoid any delays in non-pre-order items.
Swagger's supply chain partners require our pre-order products to meet the minimum order quantity limit in order to put into bulk production. If a pre-order product failed to accumulate enough number of orders from customers of Swagger, we will have to cancel the product and refund customers who made the orders. The refund will be automatically applied to the card you originally pledged with. It may take up to two weeks for the refund to appear back on your card. If you don’t see your refund after a couple of weeks, we recommend reaching out to email@example.com and your bank for assistance, as this process varies from one financial institution to another.
Currently, we only ship to North America (continental US and Canada). If you would like an order to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more options.

Returns & exchanges
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
If you decide you do not want to keep your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of purchase. Please note you are required to pay the return shipping and this cost is non-refundable.
In order to qualify for a refund, items must be unused with all labels intact and in the original packaging. We have the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.
All refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Proposition 65 (Prop 65), the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, is a California law that requires the state to keep a list of chemicals that the State of California has identified may cause cancer or reproductive toxicity. There are now over 950 chemicals on the Prop 65 hazardous substances list. The full list can be found on the California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) website.
As part of Prop 65, businesses selling products to people in California must provide “clear and reasonable warnings” before knowingly exposing people to any chemical on the list, unless the expected level of exposure would pose no significant cancer risk.
The law defines “no significant risk” as a level of exposure that would cause no more than 1 extra case of cancer in 100,000 people over a 70-year lifetime. So, a compound can be unlabeled if a person exposed to the substance at the expected level for 70 years is estimated to have a 1 in 100,000 chance or less of getting cancer due to that exposure. The law also has similar strict cutoff levels for birth defects and reproductive harm.
There are many commonly used items that fall under Prop 65's mandates. Additionally, real estate properties are subject to California’s Prop 65 mandates due to the possibility of hazardous chemicals being present in the nearby environment. Some of the product categories sold in the State of California, and California locations that require California Prop 65 warning labels include: products made with leather, vinyl, foam, synthetic and non-woven material, beauty products, glassware, ceramics, batteries, retail stores, etc.
All SWAGGER parts and fabrics are made from durable and safe materials, in full compliance with federal safety regulations. However, as there are many chemicals used throughout the manufacturing process, it is possible that our products may contain trace amounts of one or more of the 950+ chemicals on the California Proposition 65 warning list.
Prop 65 warning labels are primarily used in the sale of products to California residents. We attach one to our products no matter where they go to inform the consumer, even though by law we are not required to do so if the consumer lives outside of California. Proposition 65 is more of a “right to know” law than a pure product safety law. Voters who approved Proposition 65 in 1986 intended that Californians should have a right to know when they may be exposed to chemicals that cause cancer or reproductive harm. There are trace amounts of these chemicals in more products than you may know, but only in California it is a requirement to tell the consumer.
